How long will it take to process my order ?
+Our standard turnaround times range from 1 day to 2 weeks on average, depending on the type and amount of media you need converted. We understand that our customers would like for their order to be completed promptly. We take both the timeliness and quality of each order very seriously.

What type of media can and do you record to ?
+We offer and record to MAM-A Silver DVD-R, M-DISC DVD 1000 year archival and 16GB Flash Drives. We can also use external hard drives, memory cards, and other types of storage sources if we need to. Data written on DVD discs is permanent.

What type of photos can you scan ?
+We can scan all photos sizes up to 8.5 x 34"

What types of slides can you scan ?
+We can scan 35mm, 110, 120, 220, 126 and 127mm slide formats

What is the best way to place my order ?
+For our local customers, you may make an appointment to come in by calling us at (818)-714-0566. We can then assist you with your archiving project and discuss any details during your appointment. What types of payment do you accept ?
+We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover), checks, and cash.

Can I find out the cost of my order before it is placed ?
+Yes, you can check any of our prices on our website before you decide to place your order. You can also call, message, email, or stop by.

Do you keep a copy of my order in case I need another copy later ?
+Yes, we keep a copy of your order for 30 days.

How many slides/photos/negatives can fit on one data DVD ?
+The answer to this question depends on the file format, resolution, magnification, color bit depth, etc.
